Данное Соглашение об Условиях Обслуживания ("Соглашение") является юридически обязывающим соглашением между вами ("Участник") и Ultimasoft Yazılım ve Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Платформа") относительно использования услуг Платформы.

Услуги

Платформа предоставляет услуги управления фотографиями мероприятий, включая, но не ограничиваясь, загрузкой фотографий, организацией, обменом и функциями на основе ИИ.

Обязательства Участника

Members agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of their account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misuse or abuse the Platform's services
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not upload inappropriate or illegal content

Privacy and Data Protection

The Platform is committed to protecting user privacy and personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by the Platform and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

The Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.

Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with appropriate notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
